International Cider and Perry Competition

The Annual International Cider and Perry Competition is taking place on 16th May 2012 at the Hereford Cider Museum.

The open classes for competition entries include:

Overall Champion - Presentation Trophy (perpetual)

Class 1 Dry Cider - specific gravity up to 1005

Class 2 Medium Cider - specific gravity between 1005 and 1012

Class 3 Sweet Cider - specific gravity 1012 and above

Class 4 Perry - Dry - specific gravity up to 1005

Class 5 Perry - Medium/Sweet - specific gravity 1005 and above

Class 6 Single Variety Cider

Class 7 In-Bottle Fermented Cider or Perry

Class 8 Best Presented Packaged Cider or Perry

Entrants from all over the world are invited to enter the competition, with all entry forms and fees to be received by the Cider Museum by 27th April 2012. Entries to be delivered to the Cider Museum by 12 noon on Tuesday, 15th May 2012.
